Plastic Injection Molding

ORC Industries' La Crosse, Wisconsin facility has molding capabilities that have a range of machines that can mold parts, from .702 ounce to 38.2 ounce shot sizes.

Once molded, we can assemble your components on site, eliminating the need for an assembly supplier and saving you shipping time and money.

Independent Outsourcing - Assembly, Inspection and Packaging

ORC Industries has assembly and packaging capabilities at all sites to meet the requirements of our government contracts and to facilitate the needs of other company's independent outsourcing requirements. Our primary strength is the ability to finish large, intercrossing projects quickly. The combined efforts of up to one hundred people can be focused on achieving the batch goal. Our outsourcing capabilities are utilized by a number of larger manufacturers throughout the nation. It is high praise that, once a company uses our assembly, inspection and packaging services, they return with additional projects.

With over forty years of experience, the department has seen every imaginable assembly job from unpackaging cheese to assembling boot brushes. Thousands of signs have been glued, millions of small parts inspected, and unimaginable numbers of peeling, stickering, and packing has been completed by our employees.

Emphasis is always placed on 100% quality and the desire to meet and exceed the needs of our customers. All products are closely supervised and shipped according to the specifications of the customer. Most assembly work is completed by people who are in a vocational training program.
