Redfeather Outdoors is part of ORC Industries, a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating inclusive employment opportunities for individuals with disabilities. We’re looking for a full-time Retail Store Manager to lead our brand-new retail location in Ely, Minnesota.

Position Summary: Under general supervision, the Retail Store Manager oversees all daily operations of the Redfeather Outdoors retail location in Ely, MN. Responsibilities include managing staff, training staff, maintaining inventory, ensuring an excellent customer experience, and supporting the mission of ORC Industries through inclusive and values-driven leadership.

Position Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field required. 3+ years of experience in retail store management or a closely related role. Strong leadership, organizational, and team development skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Proficiency in retail operations, point-of-sale systems, and inventory control. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Please note: Initial training will take place at our HQ location in La Crosse, WI. Lodging and travel support will be provided. Upon completion of training, this role will transition full-time to the Ely, MN store. Relocation to Ely is negotiable.
